Q: What is the capacity of the Hall?

A: A maximum of 60 people.

Q: Is the Heart wheelchair accessible?

A: No, unfortunately The Heart is not wheelchair accessible.

Q: What washroom facilities are there?

A: Enjoy rustic charm with our beautifully designed outhouse, offering a unique-ecofriendly touch that adds character and comfort to your event. 

Q: What technology is available?

A: Wifi is available, and cell coverage is minimal.

Q: Is there parking?

A: The parking is limited, in front of The Heart with more room on the shoulders of the Hwy 3A. Chauffeurs/Shuttle buses are available for hire - See under Services. 

Q: Where can I buy supplies on the East Shore?  

A: Nearby are Destiny Bay Store, The Lakeview, Gray Creek Store and Crawford Bay Store.

Time Zone Differences:

Year-round - Boswell and Creston stay on Mountain Standard Time year-round.

Fall to Spring - West towards Nelson is Pacific Standard time - an hour earlier than Boswell and Creston. East of Creston will be the same time as Boswell.

Spring to Fall - with Daylight Savings, West to Nelson will be the same as Boswell, but East of Creston is an hour later, i.e. Cranbrook.
